Exciting updates for Apricot…

• Faster reporting for Attendance Tracker data

  Apricot is introducing an enhancement that makes Attendance Tracker data available in reports the same day it’s entered! You’ll be able to access attendance data in both Native Reporting and Apricot Results Reporting without delay — helping you work more efficiently and make timely decisions.

• Draft Records

  With Draft Records users can take the time they need to complete their work, saving progress and returning later to finish up their forms. Drafts of records can even be saved when required fields are not yet filled out! Admins can enable Draft Records on a per form basis by toggling on “Allow Drafts” inside of Form Properties.

• Importing Program Enrollments

  Have you considered moving to Program Enrollments but have data that needs to migrate from an existing Apricot Form or other external system to keep important service history and impact data together? To help you move quickly and efficiently, we'll be adding the ability for Admins to use the Import Tool to add those Program Enrollments to Apricot!
